College Prep Summer Training Group
May 31 – August 14

In-Person Training: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday
Independent Conditioning: 2x per week
Group Size: 2–4 Athletes

Summer Cost: $750

Built for athletes serious about competing at the collegiate level. This program delivers structured, progressive training in a focused small-group environment designed to maximize performance, strength, and durability.
